Z Filter was engaged to carry out sludge recovery, screening and dewatering at a regional shire in Western Australia. A state of the art system was supplied, installed and operated by Z Filter allowing for continuous production and real-time filter cake production. Z Filter’s proprietary sludge recovery pontoon is fully automated and more importantly, it is un-manned. This is an enormously important safety factor in this type of environment. Z Filter supplied a complete turn-key package for this project, which included all equipment as well as highly skilled and experienced operational and polymer optimization staff. The system is fully scalable depending on the specific production requirement.
