Services provided: Z Filter was engaged to carry out tunneling sludge dewatering at site. Z Filter surpaseed client expectations by being able to provide a dry solids cake of up to 40% and a clear filtrate. Z Filter’s services allowed the client’s sludge pit levels to be managed on a continual basis. This in return solved a significant environmental and waste management challenge for the client. Being able to consolidate and de-water the sludge meant a massive reduction in vacuum truck and ultimate sludge disposal costs
